OverKote® Oil-Spot Seal is a quick drying latex emulsion formulated with suitable additives to coat and promote adhesion over oil, grease and gasoline spots prior to the application of OverKote® asphalt sealer on asphaltic surfaces.  It is easy to use on parking lots, driveways, or any asphalt surface.

OverKote® Plus is specially blended copolymer emulsion along with effective chemical resistance additives to modify asphalt emulsion sealer to achieve outstanding toughness, color enhancement, faster curing time, greater flexibility, high viscosity, good suspension of the aggregates.  It is recommended on any asphalt surface where there are high traffic patterns.  Excellent for commercial and industrial parking lots, airport runways, traffic safety islands and service stations.

 
 

OverKote® Crack Filler - CrackFiller.pdf

An emulsified petroleum asphalt and suitable fillers, modified with latex rubber.  This cold-applied product is designed for use in filling cracks in asphaltic concrete pavements.

 

 

OverKote® Loop Filler - LoopFiller.pdf

A one-component, pourable, sand filled, asphaltic emulsion for use in sealing inductive wire loops and leads imbedded in asphalt and portland cement concrete.

 

 

OverKote® Bumper Adhesive - BumperAdhesive.pdf

OverKote® Bumper Adhesive is a one component product, formulated for use in adhering concrete blocks to asphaltic surfaces without the need for metal rods or pins.

OverKote® Bumper Adhesive is not an epoxy, so you don't waste time measuring and mixing.  All you have to do is pour OverKote® directly from the can to the pavement, smooth it with a trowel, and set the bumper in place.
