We provide a wide variety of Geogrids that are designed to solve some of today’s toughest construction challenges, stabilization of soft soils, reinforcement of steepened slopes increasing right of way without taking more land, and walls to construct temporary structures to facilitate the construction process. Geogrids are separated by function with the Biaxial Geogrids used in soil stabilization and the Uniaxial Geogrids used int steep slopes and wall construction as the reinforcing element. As the name implies, Biaxial means we have approximately equal strengths in the machine and cross machine direction while Uniaxial have the majority of their strength in the machine direction.
Biaxial Geogrids Tenax is one of the
world’s largest producers of Biaxial Geogrids.
Currently they manufacture three
different types of these grids with the MS Series being the one
currently marketed and sold in the These grids are normally used to stabilize/reinforce soft soils in the building of roads, parking lots and building foundations. MS-220 and MS-330 are manufactured from Polypropylene. This material is formed into a net like structure and multiple layers are then connected to form the final product. These grids are designed, tested to meet or exceed the industry standards that have been successfully used for over 30 years. Tenax MS Series Biaxial Geogrids
Uniaxial Geogrids High-strength uniaxial geogrids using polyester fibers, woven into a specific pattern to provide the long term design strength (LTDS) required for each specific application.

properties
Miragrid XT geogrids are high strength, high tenacity, high molecular weight polyester geogrids in a full range of tensile strengths to meet the most demanding applications of soil reinforcement. Miragrid XT geogrids are woven and then coated with a polymer coating to provide dimensional stability.
